All Sales Final
At Buckin’ Cute Co, every piece is made with care, sparkle, and a little western soul.
Because many of our items are custom, handmade, or made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We pack every order with love, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, we’ve got your back.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To process a claim, we’ll need:
- Your order number
- Clear photo proof of the damage or issue
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund for the affected item.

What Can’t Be Returned
Just like a well-worn pair of boots, some things are made to be final:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds (Approved Claims Only)
If your claim is approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
