Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time due to the handmade nature of each piece. Every item is crafted with care, detail, and a little Buckin’ Cute sparkle.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can happen.

🤠 Processing Time (Made Just for You)

Each Buckin’ Cute Co item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped out.

This includes the time it takes to design, create, assemble, and package your item so it’s ready to head your way.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Buckin’ Cute Co is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re always happy to help guide you if needed.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof so we can assist you under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
