If your order is canceled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Buckin’ Cute Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier handling issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly as well as us for support.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof so we can review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please double-check spelling, design details, and order information before submitting.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, and content on this site belong to Buckin’ Cute Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

User Responsibility
